Stupidly I locked myself out of my house today by leaving a set of keys in the back of the door preventing me from unlocking door with my spare set. Having no other means of access I contacted Bradley at Unlocked Locksmiths who attended within the hour and resolved the issue for me swiftly at a very reasonable cost . This week we had the misfortune of our front door barrel popping,g out. Called Bradley who offered us either 7.30 pmnsame day or following morning. We opted for same day. Well Bradley was able to fitnus in 2 hours earlier 💪🏽 So, I took my old key off the key ring, went shopping. Came home only to find that I'd forgotten to put my new key on the keyring 🙈 another call to Bradley, who was still working late into the evening to help a damsell in distress and he didn't disappoint. It was a pleasure this morning to meet Bradley. Such a lovely professional gentleman. He came to my rescue as my porch door wouldn't close even though there was no problem with the lock. He could have easily opted for a new lock as I would have been none the wiser but he told me there was no need and adjusted the frame on the wall to reach the existing lock. His skill meant that we were in within minutes with no damage to the lock (we had spare keys in the apartment). He even tightened the lock cylinder that was loose and lubricated the mechanism. Brad was very responsive when I had an issue with a lock. He was able to go and sort issue without me even being there. He then came back at a later date and installed a new lock for me. I would definitely call Brad again if I had any issues with locks or keys

I got in contact with Unlocked as we had a problem with our burglar alarm. As they were available on WhatsApp I sent a message there and got a reply back nearly straight away. They gave me some options to fix my issue even though it was an old alarm. I’m pleased to say my alarm is now back to full working order. Hi all. We purchased a new house in Spain in January 2022 but live in the UK. Prior to collecting the keys I made contact with a couple of locksmiths in the Costa Calida area as we wanted the locks changed throughout the property straight away once we’d received the keys. Initial correspondence had to be done via email between the UK and Spain with S.A.C Locksmith and all messages were responded to very promptly. Bradley at S.A.C Locksmiths came back to me straight away with a very reasonable quote, having not seen the property or job in hand, and was prepared to carry out the lock change straight away. We travelled over at the end of January and collected the keys then made the call to Bradley. True to his word he was at the property within a couple of hours carrying out a full inspection of the property and the locks. Two hours later 7 doors throughout the property were all changed with brand new locks. Our experience of S.A.C Locksmiths can only be described as exceptional. Bradley and his lovely assistant Kerry were very efficient and courteous whilst at the property and at no time did I feel we were ripped off. If ever I need a locksmith whilst in Spain I will not hesitate to contact Bradley at S.A.C Locksmiths and I have already recommended them to new home owners and Spanish residents as I felt at all times S.A.C Locksmiths had the customer at the forefront of their business. Pleasant and efficient service

We had an emergency where our 2 year old son locked us out from our building while he was alone inside. We called SAC who drove very fast and arrived just after like 10-15 minutes, then they helped us install handles so it wouldnt happen again. Very happy with their service, recommended!
